Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many court and public records, but Bollinger County records are divided by record type. The Circuit Clerk handles Circuit Court case files, dockets, certified court copies, probate files, and divorce decrees. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and original marriage certificates. The Sheriff's Office handles jail, arrest, and law-enforcement records. State systems such as Case.net, Missouri DHSS, Missouri DOC, and Missouri DOR add more routes. This site brings those paths into one local reference.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from that office.
